Paint automatic gun developed for medium and large road marking machines and for road marking trucks. All parts of the gun are made from high quality corrosion resistant eco-friendly materials.

This gun can be used only as a component of a road marking machine. 

Technical data

• Systems for atomizing air and paint are totally separated without a use of any sealing.
• A special needle and material nozzle guarantee full closing also in case the paint contains glass beads or any other components usually combined with the paint.
• Maximum utility pressure: 20 bars.

Unique two part nozzle system

• Main air nozzle for air consumption.
• External nozzle for line width adjustment.

Paint

• The set of nozzles allows an excellent atomization of all kinds of paints (either cold or warm), but also those colors which contain glass beads.

Nozzles

• As the only one the main air nozzle has a direct influence on a level of air consumption.
• The main nozzle has have an appropriate diameter otherwise maintaining of required level of air consumption does not have to be achieved
• External nozzle is determining the line width setting as the external nozzle setting does not have any impact on the line width.

Feeding

• By pressure boiler / low pressure pump.

Air consumption

• Level of air consumption depends on a utility pressure and a diameter of hose and can vary.
• Air hose for air atomisation with its inner diamater of 10 mm is highly recommened.
• The air consumption is low and in comparison with the performance does not vary even if one of nozzles was silted up. 
• Steady air consumption allows spraying with a line width from 5 to 40 cm.
