Glass beads automatic gun

Pneumatic glass beads gun developed for medium and large-size road marking machines and road marking trucks. All parts of the gun are made from high quality corrosion resistant eco-friendly materials.
This gun can be used only as a component of a road marking machine.
Technical data
- Gun is compound of three systems separated without use of any sealing:
- Air opening
- Air atomazation
- Material supply
- Proper mounting of nozzle set prevents any wasting of glass beads
- Gun mounting: horizontal or vertical
- Gun has a special connector for glass beads tank
- Gun is hermetically enclosed which is suitable for glass beads supplying either by gravity or under pressure
- Special nozzles guarantee even glass beads spraying and efficient consumption of glass beads
- Spray adjustable width: 10 to 40 cm.
- Maximum utility pressure: 20 bars.
Hose
- The higher performance required the wider has to be the hose inner diameter
- Using 19 mm diameter paint house instead of 13 mm gain up to 30% more performance efficiency by the same pressure in the mag.
Diffuser
- Without any mounting (can be adjusted by a customer)
- By a horizontal mounting
- By a vertical mounting
Air consumption
- 140 - 160 liters per minute by pressure 3 bars and 2.0 mm air nozzle diameter.
Guarantee
- 1 year covering all gun parts.
