Characteristic

• Solvent based 2 component paint on the basis of epoxy modified acrylic resins.
• It is characterised by an excellent sprayability as well as by an extended processing period.
• In comparison to 1 component road marking paints, Signalin M66 displays significantly higher
  resistivity, adhesive power and durability.

Field of application

• For new and maintenance outdoor markings (roads, airports, car parks etc.) and for underground parking and parking decks.

Technical data

• Binder: Epoxy modified acrylic resins
• Density: 1.61 g/cm3 white, 1.55 g/cm3 yellow
• Mixing ratio: 100:10
• POT life: approx. 4 hours at 23°C
• Processing requirements: The air temperature must not fall below 5°C. The relative air humidity must not pass over 75 %. The surface temperature has to be at least 3°C above the dew point but it must not pass over 40°C.
• Drivable in a straight line after about 20 min. Walkable after 60 min. Mechanical load after 12 hours. Final curing after about 72 hours. Drying time and final curing depend on film thickness and temperature.
• Storage: 6 months from delivery date at + 10°C, + 25° C in originally sealed containers. Protect the containers from solar radiation!
