Granoplast

Granoplast is two component cold plastic matter determined for marking of cycle paths and great surfaces. In comparison with other two component cold plastics Granoplast is more resistant to weather conditions, color consistent with higher elasticity eliminating cracks and holes in marked areas.

On a special request Basler comes up with any kind of color shade customers want.

Plastic based on reactive methyl methacrylate resin
Powder hardener: organic peroxide
Density: 1,81 g/cm3
Time of hardening: cca 20 minutes at 20° C

Attention for applicants

Mixing ratio: 100 : 1, Granoplast "Red" RAL 3020 : powder hardener
Other color shades:: 2 : 1 (2 units of Granoplast and 1 unit of powder hardener)
Recommended air temperature from +5°C to +25°C
Recommended road surface temperature from +5°C to +45°C
