Marking with profiles

The marking with profiles means a line with cross profile used for intended noise effect while you are driving over the line with the profile.

Two component cold plastic is usually used for those projects demanding long lifetime period of road marking, also requiring the retroreflection class II (retroreflection during night and rain), and the noise effect mentioned above.

A plastic material is processed with the hardener and the mixture is then layed straight on a road surface. Two component plastic is generally mixed in ratio 100:1,  mixing with glass beads this ratio could be diverse, e.g. 100:3.

Bascoplast fein BA is a two component cold plastic (2K) used for structural, profile, flat and spotflex marking. Suitable for asphalt, bituminuous and concrete surfaces. For concrete surfaces marking please check"Aktivgrund für Beton", also included in our products porfolio. This component is essential for applying Bascoplast. .

Basler offers two types of Bascoplast. The cheaper version of Bascoplast fein BA is named Bascoplast fein BA 10.
