Basler materials:
Granoplast

Granoplast is two component cold plastic matter determined for marking of cycle paths and great surfaces. In comparison with other two component cold plastics Granoplast is more resistant to weather conditions, color consistent with higher elasticity eliminating cracks and holes in marked areas.


On a special request Basler comes up with any kind of color shade customers want.

Package

  • Granoplast red: 15 kg (mixed with glass granules)
  • Granoplast (yellow, blue, green and other shades): 10 kg 
  • Glass granules: 5 kg

 

Technical data

  • Plastic based on reactive methyl methacrylate resin
  • Powder hardener: organic peroxide
  • Density: 1,81 g/cm3
  • Time of hardening: cca 20 minutes at 20° C

Attention for applicants

  • Mixing ratio: 100 : 1, Granoplast "Red" RAL 3020 : powder hardener
  • Other color shades:: 2 : 1 (2 units of Granoplast and 1 unit of powder hardener)
  • Recommended air temperature from +5°C to +25°C
  • Recommended road surface temperature from +5°C to +45°C

Application and use of material

  • Apllication - manual: Granoplast mixed with glass granules
  • Use of material: red Granoplast RAL 3020:  2,5 - 3 kg/m2; other color shades: 2,8 - 3,2 kg/m2
